Rodney Dillman has been named
president at MassMutual International and senior vice president at
MassMutual. He recently served as general counsel at Babson Capital
Management and as corporate vice president and associate general counsel
at MassMutual. Prior to joining Babson, Dillman was a partner at Day,
Berry and Howard (now Day Pitney). |

named dean of the Graduate School of Business at Touro College. He
recently served as faculty chair of the human resource management,
leadership and organizational development graduate programs at Capella
University. Before joining Capella University, Williams was director of
the financial planning program at Fordham University and founder of

Jamie Minier has been named president at the RightThing. She recently
served as COO. Before joining the RightThing, Minier worked as assistant
vice president in the employment process outsourcing division at Aon
Corp. and as a program account manager at Selective Staffing.
Jim Fox has been named director of human
resources at the RightThing. He previously served as client account
manager. Prior to joining the RightThing, Fox worked as a senior advisor
in the HR and public sector practices at EquaTerra and as assistant vice
president in the employment and recruitment process outsourcing division
at Aon Consulting. |
